Description
SuperScrape Plus mats use a multi-directional molded tread pattern to remove stubborn dirt and debris from footwear. Their unique drainable borders channel water away, making them suitable for outdoor scraping or providing slip resistance in wet environments.
Recommended for use as an outdoor scraper mat or in wet areas where additional traction is needed.
SuperScrape Plus mats can be commercially laundered periodically to remove soil. The formula below does not require extensive mechanical action or drying.
- Flush 2-3 minutes, high water level, cold
- Break 5-10 minutes, high water level, 120 degrees F (49 degrees C)
- Rinse 2 minutes, high water level, cold
- Rinse 2 minutes, high water level, cold
- Drain 2 minutes
- Rotate wash well with drain valve in open position to allow excess water to drain off mats.
- Lay mats flat following removal from washer. Allow to cool before rolling.
SuperScrape Plus mats can be commercially laundered (see Laundering Instructions) and cleaned using the instructions below:
- Sterilized in an autoclave
- Washed by hand using the following instructions: Scrub with a deck brush (as needed), using a detergent with a neutral pH; rinse with a hose or pressure washer. Hang to dry
Always make sure the mat is dry before placing it back in service.
